Error codes of ATLANT washing machines with INVENSYS electronic module with external memory 24C02, series 1, 2, 4

Error code

Description

SEL

Program selector malfunction:

the fault is detected if the selector is in the dead zone or contact is broken.

F2

Malfunction of the temperature sensor (open circuit or short circuit):

the error is determined when the signal from the sensor is outside the range corresponding to the temperatures (-20 …+120)  С

F3

Malfunction of the temperature sensor or heater:

the error is determined if the temperature does not rise by 2 ° C for 15 minutes

F4

Drain pump failure:

the error is determined when the 3-minute timer has elapsed since the signal was sent to drain the water and the signal of the empty tank was reached from the level switch.

F5

Malfunction of the water inlet system (damage to the level sensor or solenoid valve):

the error is determined if, with the valve (or valves) turned on, the first level of the gulf is not reached — the signal from the level sensor-relay — within 10 minutes.

F6

Malfunction of the water inlet system (damage to the level sensor or solenoid valve):

the error is determined if, with the valve (or valves) turned on, the first level of the gulf is not reached — the signal from the level sensor-relay — within 10 minutes.

F7

Network frequency violation:

error is determined if the network frequency is out of range (44.5…65.5) Hz

F8

Overflow fault (valve leakage):

the error is detected when a special signal appears from the level sensor

F9

Tachometer fault:

the error is determined when the 3-second timer expires from the moment of setting and until the determination of speed other than 0 rpm.

F10

Faulty door lock triac:

to detect a malfunction, an input signal is used, which is consistent with the position of the triac of the door lock:

  • When the command is OFF and the return signal is ON
  • When the command is ON and the return signal is OFF

door

Door lock fault:

the error is determined when the 5-second timer has elapsed since the signal was sent to close the lock.

F12

Tachometer fault:

the error is determined when the 3-second timer expires from the moment of setting and until the determination of speed other than 0 rpm.

F13

EEPROM fault:

when reading phases with E²PROM, the checksum is calculated and compared with the specified checksum. A failure is determined if the two checksums are different.

F14

I2C Line Fault:

the fault is determined if requests are not completed when accessing via I2C. For LCD versions, the problem is determined if no I2C request is processed correctly.
